「自我的價值是發自內心的；別人雖然不能給你，但也絕對無法拿走。活在別人的世界裡，就等於失去了自己。」

Self-worth comes from the inside; although it can't be given, it also can't be taken away. Living in someone else's world is the same as erasing your own.
